Acrylic nails peel and lift

Acrylic setting too fast
Possible Causes : Improper temperature Possible solutions : If the temperature in the room is warm, adjust the room temperature. (approximately 70-75° F 21-24° C)
Cracking
Possible Causes : Improper structure or sidewall reinforcement Possible solutions : Reinforce the arch location with your stress ball application and be sure sidewalls are covered.
Bubbles
Possible Causes : Overworked acrylic or dry brush Possible solutions : Be sure to press the product down on the nail plate to eliminate air bubbles. When working product, keep the brush wet and press the product into place. Do not pat.
Acrylic will not level
Possible Causes : Incorrect mix ratio Possible solutions : Increase monomer in your consistency. (i.e. adjust your liquid to powder ratio to 2:1 )
Acrylic is too runny
Possible Causes : Incorrect mix ratio Possible solutions : Decrease monomer in your consistency. (i.e. adjust your liquid to powder ratio.)
Acrylic is discolored or yellow
Possible Causes : Exposure to sun beds, tanning products or tanning boosters Possible solutions : Decrease monomer in your consistency. (i.e. adjust your liquid to powder ratio.)
Skin irritation
Possible Causes : Improper application Possible solutions : Eliminate chemical contact with the skin surrounding the nail.
Hardened Acrylic brush
Possible Causes : Chemicals left on brush Possible solutions : As you work, remove any acrylic from the brush and clean the brush with ibd Strip Brush Cleaner. If there is excess acrylic that has hardened in the brush use ibd Strip Brush Cleaner to clean the brush.
Causes and solutions for overgrown cuticles
Possible Causes : • Lack of maintenance • Lack of moisture • Psoriasis • Eczema Possible solutions : For easy removal of cuticles, soak hands/feet in warm water. Apply b Cuticle Free onto the cuticles to be removed from the nail plate. Allow the formula to set for 45 seconds. Gently push back the cuticle from the nail plate. Wash area thoroughly with soap and water after use.
Causes and solutions for rough and callused heels
Possible Causes: • Poor fitting shoes or sandals that don’t support the heels properly • Standing for long periods of time • Increased weight gain • Circulation problems • Genetics Possible Solutions: For easy removal of calluses, soak feet in warm water. Apply b Callus Free over callused area only. Allow the formula to set for 3-5 minutes. Do not exceed 5 minutes. Use a foot file to gently eliminate calluses. Wash area thoroughly with soap and water after use.
